Hello. I am Jay Whittington. I had a National Breed Judge License in Canada since 2005. In 2009 the FEIF and CIHF decided there was no further use for National Breed Judges in Canada or the rest of the World. They only wanted International Breed Judges Qualified. In the state of a young Country trying to grow and expand this is a mistake. The only thing this accomplishes is to support the Icelandics or Europeans. Now we can import these judges or pay $5000-1000 eurs to get our licenses in Iceland. What do you think. Are you in support of FEIF's movement or do you believe young countries should be supported or should they just tow the line.
