Svertla, ridden by Jay Whittington
Svertla is an 10 year old 5 gaited mare. She is a lovely black with big bone and lots of size. Her mane is huge and flowing and she is a real people horse. Anywhere you are in the paddock, you will find Svertla right beside you, usually with her head on your shoulder.
Svertla finished her basic training in the summer of 2004. In her first picture she is working on her extended tolt. Svertla is one of Bonaventure's foundation mares. She has had only 2 foals and Fausta below is one. Looking forward to the future for breeding and just plain riding. She is a joy to ride. She puts her heart and sense of humor in the ride. She likes to play.
Frigg "Norse goddess wife of Odin"

Description
Frigg is a beautiful 13 year old 4 gaited grey mare. She is a good competition mare for experienced riders. Frigg was evaluated in 2005 and was awarded second prize. Frigg is a quality of mare to be a foundation mare for any farm.
Dottla "Little Daughter"

Description
Dottla is a character! Dottla is 12/2 hands and thinks she can jump the same. She is gentle, easy to handle and a willing learner. Dottla finished her basic training in the summer of 2004. She came to our farm as a 2 yr. old with Svertla.
Dottla is also very much a people horse full of curiosity and mischief. She is easily the smartest horse we have owned. She is quick to untie ropes and pick up anything not tied down (blankets, brushes, anything she can reach she will run off with).
I'm sure we'll have lots of fun with her in the years to come.
Fausta - "Lent"
Fausta is a 8 month old Logi fra Skardi and Svertla fra Clear Lake Farm filly, born at Bonaventure Farms. Fausta is a fine addittion to our mares. Looking forward to working with her in the future. She is a sizeable mare that shows amaising gaits in the field. I will be counting the days till training even if it is 4 years.

Morgun is an elegant mare with refined features. She has personality and character beyond her years. We are looking forward to her as a demo horse and a trail horse. She will be at local shows as well. Look for her in 2010.
